Taste the tropics with this delicious and nutty oats bowl!
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 banana *mashed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp coconut sugar *to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
What to do:
- Combine everything together in a bowl and microwave for 60-90 seconds. Alternatively bring to a boil in a small sauce pan.
- Top with Coconut Macadamia OHi bar, banana, coconut and hemp seeds
